WhatsApp chatbot to enable COVID-19 self-testing

In partnership with FIND and REACH, Audere developed a COVID-19 WhatsApp self-testing chatbot. The solution demonstrated the ability to provide effective testing instructions for multiple tests in a single solution that is already commonly used by consumers and is serving as the foundation for self-testing for other conditions.
